What are your symptoms?
Fatigue. Digestive disturbances. Difficulty losing weight. Sensitivities to foods or allergens such as dust,
pollens and molds. Headaches. Hormonal imbalances. Difficulty getting pregnant. Diabetes. Eczema or acne.
How I can help.
My practice weaves established holistic therapies—nutrition, BioSET and EFT—to help restore your body’s innate ability to heal. I blend my 11 years experience in these fields with an intuitive understanding of the body’s energy to create a unique solution for each client. My practice includes infants, children, teenagers, and adults.
Together we plan.
We start with innovative health assessments to identify your body’s sensitivities, deficiencies and areas of stress. We add
educational resources that support your physical, mental and spiritual health.
I also provide nonjudgmental support and education as you begin to change long-held habits and discover your new, healthy lifestyle of better food choices, exercise, stress reduction and increased emotional awareness.
The result: improved vitality and an overall sense of well being.
Where I work.
I have BioSET and EFT practices in San Francisco and Marin, and work with clients throughout the Bay Area.
Where I studied and practiced.
In 1997, I graduated from the Bauman College of Holistic Nutrition and Culinary Arts. My studies included the integration of conventional and holistic care and nutrition. I also hold a B.S. in Sociology from Brockport State College in New York.
Before establishing my own practice, I worked with Denise Mark, MD, a specialist in women’s health and hormonal imbalances. I also spent three years at the BioSET Clinic in Mill Valley, California. There I worked alongside BioSET founder Dr. Ellen Cutler, DC, and taught BioSET to other practitioners.
My work in the community.
I dedicate time to speak to high school athletic teams and small community groups about the intrinsic relationship between feeling well, managing stress, holistic health care and nutritious foods. My presentations include ideas for healthy food choices that are readily available, easy to prepare and delicious.
How I relax.
I garden, hike in the hills, practice meditation or sit at my loom weaving clothing in creative blends of color.
