During your consultation, I will integrate my nutritional knowledge and experience with
BioSET and EFT to find your underlying nutritional imbalances, food and environmental
sensitivities and dietary deficiencies. Then I will design your unique plan for achieving
optimum health. As early as your first appointment, you will gain valuable information and
suggested options for enhanced well-being.
Listed below is information on how to prepare for our first Nutritional and BioSET
Consultations, as well as a description of what to expect during both types of visits.
Downloadable pdfs are also available: see left. If you have additional questions before

Your Initial BioSET Consultation
Your first visit will be a 1½ hour evaluation (1 hour for children). After reviewing your
New Client Form and answering any questions you may have,
we will proceed with the
following evaluations:
1.
Fasting Enzyme Evaluation: Determines stressed areas in the body. After this test,
you will eat the protein, fat, carbohydrate and fiber snack you brought. We will
continue testing for 30 minutes while your food is digesting.
2. Toxicity Evaluation: Identifies toxicity, inflammation, stagnation, depletion and
emotions, and also tests for the organs affected. Our goal is to find a homeopathic
remedy to help these areas of stress.
3. Food Evaluation: Identifies your food sensitivities.
4. Non-Fasting Enzyme Evaluation: Determines food groups you have difficulty
digesting and the digestive enzymes that will most benefit you
5. Evaluation of Foods with a Digestive Enzyme: Evaluates, with the aid of
a digestive enzyme, your ability to break down foods you were sensitive to.
6. Review: A summary of your recommended diet, enzymes and homeopathics.
7. Level Two: After explaining BioSET and Level Two clearings, we will evaluate your
body for needed Level Two clearings.
